空氣室空氣彈簧阻尼的性能

空氣室空氣彈簧系統(tǒng)由空氣彈簧本體，節(jié)流孔以及附加空氣室組成，其阻尼作用通過節(jié)流孔實現(xiàn)。空氣彈簧在受到外界載荷作用產(chǎn)生形變時，空氣彈簧本體與附加空氣室之間形成壓力差。當(dāng)空氣彈簧在靜態(tài)形變時，即列車靜止或低速行駛狀態(tài)下，壓力差較小，節(jié)流孔不產(chǎn)生較大的阻尼力。而在列車高速運行中，空氣彈簧振動加劇，空氣彈簧本體與附加空氣室壓力差增大，節(jié)流孔產(chǎn)生明顯的阻尼作用，吸收振動能量，達(dá)到衰減振動的作用。
